Hoo-Hoo! Owl Costume

This is Brylee's Owl costume we made for her this year.
We borrowed the idea from a few different tutorials online.

Just Being Audrey

I entered Brylee in an Audrey Hepburn look a like contest on Facebook. It was done through the author of a childrens Illustrated biography of Audrey's life. The book is called "Just Being Audrey" By Margaret Cardillo.
And we WON!!!! Yeah!!!
We received a signed copy of the book and also a lovely print from the Illustrator Julia Denos, which I absolutely adore. I have also looked into Julias other books and must buy them soon.

Brylee's Third Birthday Party

We celebrated Bry's Bday at Preschool first, she requested I make Pink Cupcakes with a cherry on top!
We then celbrated with family & friends at our house. I baked two cakes because she couldn't decide between chocolate or white. And decorated them myself since the City Market Bakery ladies thought my drawing request was undoable! (I will let you decide, this is the exact drawing I took in, See pic below)
Her most memorable gifts from this Birthday was her sandbox/picnic table from mom & dad and a small gold bracelet with her name engraved from Aunt Darla.
